Hard to fault our visit today for brunch. Service was great, friendly and attentive. Food cooked fresh and the changes we asked for carried out without hickup. I had breakfast One and my wife poached eggs and salmon on gluten-free muffin. Both cooked very well. Cakes we had gluten-free carrot cake and Easter rocky road both very nice. Warm atmosphere with customers coming and going, many just popping in for takeaway coffee. Plenty of staff to deal with all the customers. Latte was better than most cafes I've found locally time and care taken to make it. As a coffee lover that drinks coffee all over the place I won't say it was much more than a nice cup which is an achievement for a lot of places these days! Bill was just under 30. We plan to visit again.
What a lovely addition to Frinton! Very welcoming staff, nice atmosphere, kick back order some food have a drink! Very nice coffee and all the food was good, the service was great, definitely will come back.
We regularly eat breakfast here and always have their coffees when we go for a walk on the beach. They serve the best breakfast and amazing coffee. The staff are always helpful, polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
Best Big Breakfast in town. I have tried 3 others and this is the best by far. Coffee very fresh. Breakfast hot, toast actually toasted, real sausages, real bacon, hot beans, proper tomatoes and mushrooms, lovely runny eggs, real proper hash browns and very sweet staff. The atmosphere is your usual cafe type without the kitchen smells flooding through. Great experience but quite pricey 31 for two. Worth every penny in my book I'd rather pay more for a real Breakfast.
We had one of the best vegan breakfasts we’ve ever had here. We chose the vegan breakfast & breakfast bap, both were 10/10. It’s not easy to find places with many vg options but Bird & Bean has so many. The service was excellent too, they have a super helpful and friendly team

Very refreshing to find a lovely cafe near the seaside. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options! Coffee also very good. There is a garden area in the back great for sunny days Fast service and friendly staff will be back again soon :))
This is a treasure of cafes amongst many options in Frinton located on the outer part of the main shopping area. I was warmly greeted when walking in and given a choice of tables. The environment is spotlessly clean, and I noticed how well the staff worked together. The decor is modern and tastefully executed with also an outside area to relax in warmer weather. The menu has plenty to suit everyone, no matter your appetite or dietary requirements. When the food arrived, I was immediately impressed by the presentation and attention to how it was prepared as there was the right amount of avocado, two perfect poached eggs, Ciabatta was toasted perfectly with being overly crunchy and the butter used had a fantastic flavour complimenting the main piece with avocado. I must not forget to mention that the coffee is really good. Parking is on street. My main reason for visiting Frinton-on-Sea is to do with walking, and I can now add this cafe as another good reason to travel 83 miles roughly 3 times a year!
